The debate over AI and cyber security

AI isn't creating new kinds of cyber attack, it's making the old ones faster, cheaper, and available to almost anyone. The real Second Horizon shift is structural: islands of relative order in a widening sea of automated fraud, eroded trust, and under-resourced defenders who will never quite catch up.
